Simple breathing, movement exercises and active energy meditations help to feel grounded. They strengthen the immune system, help for an internal and deepening clean-up and promote wellness.
The techniques come from the Universal Healing Tao. A health system based on old Chinese knowledge set up by Master Mantak Chia (Thailand), who made it accessible to the west.
